Requirement
As a project lead, my responsibilities included overseeing the entire project from conception to completion. This involved taking charge of all aspects of the project, ranging from design and content creation to its distribution to a target audience of 300 Chairman of Bodies Corporate. Maintaining a high level of professionalism, I ensured that every aspect of the project adhered to the highest standards, meeting the expectations of both the sponsor and its intended audience.
One-Insure a prominent Insurer, sponsored the booklet, which provided us with the funding necessary to bring the project to fruition.
Throughout the project, I ensured that every milestone was met, all content aligned with the brand messaging and met the company’s objectives, while staying within budget constraints. I worked with the sponsor to ensure that their vision was executed flawlessly, and the final product met their expectations.
Outcome
Overall, the responsibility for the success of this project rested on my shoulders, and I am proud to say that I delivered within the parameters required of me. By leveraging my skills in project management, communication, and attention to detail, I successfully delivered a high-quality booklet that met all of the necessary standards.
