Requirement

As a graphic designer for SP Offshore, a prominent corporation in the oil and gas industry, I was entrusted with rolling out multiple booklets, proposals and presentations for SP Offshore and SP Offshore Deepwater Holdings. These projects contained highly confidential and sensitive information, making it essential that the highest standard of security and confidentiality was maintained throughout the design and production process.

My role was pivotal in creating high-quality materials that were instrumental in communicating complex information to clients and stakeholders. I worked closely with my client, who was based in Geneva Switzerland and Comoros, to handle all communication via Skype and Monday.com.

As the sole responsible party for all aspects of creative work, I paid close attention to every detail of the design process. This included proofing, designing flip booklets where necessary, and uploading the final products to the iDeals VDR Room. Additionally, I prepared password-protected files to ensure that the sensitive information contained within these booklets remained secure.

The nature of the information contained within these booklets was critical, and it was essential that I designed them to the highest standard of security and confidentiality. This required me to pay meticulous attention to the design process, ensuring that any sensitive information was carefully protected and that the final products were as secure as possible.
